Discovery Weekend / Pre-Marriage Encounter

We're off to Tagaytay this afternoon for our Discovery Weekend/Pre-Marriage Encounter at Angel's Hills.

So what is this Discovery Weekend? Basically, this is a program required by our Church for us to attend before our wedding or else...( hehehehehe!) Seriously, this program is aimed at engaged couples (or unengaged pairs seriously considering marriage) to help them focus on their future life together. The weekend would hopefully bring spiritual nourishment and meaningful reflection amidst the stress of wedding preparations.

I really look forward to doing this seminar as I have heard from my close friends who attended this already (although not in Tagaytay but in the QC retreat house), that indeed this experience reaffirmed their decision to spend their lives together forever and made their relationship even stronger. :)

With your prayers and our determination and love for each other, DBB* and I will surely pass this seminar with flying colors.

*DBB is my fiance's code name for this blog... it means Darling Baby Boy :) hehehehe!!!

First order of things

Finally, I started my own blog! Mark this day, 1 May 2008!

So what would you be expecting from my blog? Basically these would be random thoughts of mine as I am preparing myself to learn how it is to take one step a day. Meaning, I would have to go with the flow everyday of learning things, tackling issues, and hopefully sharing these to people who would be reading my blog. It's a blog of randomness!!!

To my friends and family who would be reading my posts, please feel free to share your thoughts/opinions with what I have posted.

Expect that I would just tackle one issue/topic/chismis/news item/update almost everyday. I will try my best to post something worthwhile everyday!
